Accreditation Surveillance of the Medical Education Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Mataram University
In accordance with the regulations of the Independent Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in the Health Sector (LAM-PTKes) that all study programs that have been accredited by LAM-PTKes are required to be re-evaluated within 2-3 years of being accredited. The form of evaluation is accreditation surveillance which is carried out by 1 assessor who is determined by LAM-PTKes. This surveillance aims to ensure that all assessor recommendations during previous accreditation have been followed up by the study program. The Medical Education Study Program (PSPD)Faculty of Medicine University of Mataram (FMMU) carried out this activity on September 6, 2021. The assessor was dr. Liliana Sugiharto, MSi. This activity was attended by the dean of FMMU, all vice deans, all heads of study programs and study program secretaries as well as the entire accreditation team of FMMU. In this activity, the dean of FMUM, Dr. dr. Hamsu Kadriyan, SpTHT-KL(K) welcomed the assessors even though this activity was conducted online. He conveyed some of the developments and progress of FMUM from 2017 until now and said that PSPD FMMU would apply for re-accreditation in 2022. Thus, the surveillance activity is could also have benefit on synchronization with the preparation for the next accreditation. Furthermore, the head of the medical education study program, dr. Ida Lestari Harahap, MSi explained the follow-up of the assessor’s recommendations in 2017 by presenting in detail each item. Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Mataram Mengajukan Program Studi Profesi Apoteker
Setelah melalui perjuangan Panjang dengan berbagai hambatan dan tantangan, pengajuan program studi profesi apoteker telah memasuki babak baru. Pada tanggal 2 September 2021 tim pengusul pendirian profesi apoteker yang diketuai oleh Dr. Apt. Aggriana Rosmalina Hidayati telah mempresentasikan proposal pendirian program studi pada rapat komisi 1 Senat Universitas Mataram yang dipimpin langsung oleh ketua komisi 1 Dr. Rusdiawan serta dihadiri oleh ketua senat Universitas Mataram Prof. Mansur Ma’shum, PhD, Sekertaris senat, Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran, WD2 dan WD3 dan seluruh anggota komisi 1. Pada pertemuan yang dilakukan secara daring tersebut, Dr. Apt. Agriana menyampaikan kesiapan seluruh civitas akademika FK Unram untuk menyelenggarakan program studi tersebut. Hal ini disimpulkan sesuai dengan 3 kriteria utama (kriteria pembukaan program studi baru) berdasarkan peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan serta peraturan Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Perguruan Tinggi Bidang Kesehatan (LAMPT-Kes). Kriteria tersebut meliputi program sarjana yang telah terakreditasi B oleh LAMPT-Kes, kurikulum yang telah ditetapkan, sumberdaya manusia seperti dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan perseptor. Selain itu, tentu fasilitas berupa sarana dan prasarana seperti apotik Pendidikan, ruang ujian OSCE dan CBT yang telah dimiliki juga menjadi pendukung dalam pembukaan prodi ini. Ketua komisi dan anggota komisi 1 yang membidangi Pendidikan menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap kerja tim penyusun beserta program studi farmasi dan fakultas kedokteran yang telah menyusun proposal dengan baik dan lengkap sehingga memudahkan pekerjaan komisi 1. Faculty of Medicine University of Mataram has been successfully delivered 2 International Conference
During the July and August 2021, there were 2 International conference that has been done by the faculty of medicine, University of Mataram. The first was 2nd Global Health and Innovation conference. This conference was done through the collaboration between the faculty of medicine university of Mataram with the Indonesian Otolaryngology head and neck organization and the Indonesia Oncology head and neck study group. The second conference was 2nd Asian Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Due to covid-19 pandemic, both conferences were performed by online platform. Despite online, the participants were enthusiastic to joining the conference and they were coming from several countries across the world, including Malaysia, Singapura, The Philippine, Thailand, Australia, Japan, India, UK, USA, and of course from Indonesia. Several interesting topics was presented by invited speaker, guest speaker, accepted paper speaker and poster presentation on these conferences. On the 2nd global health and innovation conference were focused on the global health problem, including covid-19. On the other hand, 2nd Asian Congress of Neurological Surgeons were focus on the management of neurological diseases and its challenges on the pandemic era. This moment was used by several lecturer from Faculty of Medicine University of Mataram to present their research to be present and publish. It was noted that at least 30 lecturer was presented their paper. In advanced, some of the best paper will be published in web of science international proceeding.
